We work with over 25 companies that offer competitive life insurance products to clients of all ages.  We work with over 200 small businesses providing all levels of employee benefit services.  Enough about us:

When I formed this company over 20 years ago, I had a desire to do things differently than many of my competitors.  I have built a business that thrives and grows every year by receiving referrals every month from clients and business associates in the area.  I want to take this business to the next level by adding a dedicated sales representative who can work in the Ithaca & Cortland area to help expand our reach.  Are you that person?

If you’re already working in the Medicare / Senior Market Sales area, this is a special invitation to you:  Too many of you are working for companies or agencies that own YOUR business and YOUR clients that YOU have worked to form and maintain a relationship with.  One of my best friends and business associates passed away last year.  I tried to work with his FMO in an attempt to buy his book of business so that his daughter can be the beneficiary of his years of hard work.  Sadly, the FMO won’t even consider it.  They look at HIS clients as THEIRS.  If he understood the contract he had signed, I believe he would have never gotten involved with these people.  Do you really understand your contract?  It doesn’t matter what your agency manager says – The contract will be the ultimate factor if you should want to make a change that’s in your best interest, or if heaven forbid, you can no longer work and service your clientele.

If you’re not already working in this field, maybe you work in another type of sales, or food service where customer service is paramount – This may be an amazing opportunity for you.  Most people who work in this profession came to it from something very different.  I for example, was a large dairy herd manager… It’s about whether or not you can learn a new way to serve people, answer their questions and concerns, and do the right thing.

My producers are appointed directly with carriers.  They get paid by the insurance companies DIRECTLY.  Their clients are THEIRS.  We offer support and training designed to help you grow your BUSINESS and make you an invaluable resource to your clients.  Too many agencies are interested in what they make on what YOU produce.  We’re interested in helping you get where YOU want to be.  We think WIN-WIN is the only way to go.
